Striped Set on the Waterfront

Good morning and happy Wednesday! Can’t believe it’s already midweek, where has the time gone? I’m back at the office – last week we worked from home – and I feel like I haven’t been very productive so far. Need to change that 😉 As I mentioned last week, we took advantage of our home office to take some more outfit pictures and today I’m sharing one of these looks. This week we didn’t do any outfit shoots again, so maybe I should work from home more often x) Anyways, I still have a couple of looks to share with you, so there is nothing to worry about – not yet. How to wear a striped set

I’ve been dressed in a lot of stripes lately, and I couldn’t say no to this striped set. First I wasn’t sure how to combine it, but in the end, I opted for a very simple combination. I added a blue shirt as well as some jewellery, and that’s it. Combining a “stripes all over” look can be a little bit tricky. You have to choose the pieces you add carefully because otherwise, the outfit looks fussy. But if you add nothing at all and just go with the set itself, it’s too boring. I usually would have added a denim or leather jacket, but it’s summer, and it was pretty warm outside the day I was wearing this outfit. Therefore a jacket wasn’t an option. I went for the blue shirt because it matches the colours of the striped set and is airier than a jacket. I also had the chance to wear it around my waist for the time we were sitting in the sun. 🙂
