Mixing Prints: Checkered and Animal

If it's one thing you can find a lot in my wardrobe (besides blazers), it's checkered coats and jackets. I love to wear them in spring and autumn, when it's too warm for all the down coats and jackets but still too cold for blazers and lightweight jackets. I love my checkered coats and jackets in an oversized fit, so I can perfectly style them with a warm sweater and even more layers.

The brutal winter days are over, so I don't need a warm sweater anymore. Instead, I combined my checkered coat with a longsleeve. I didn't go for a longsleeve in a plain color; I felt like mixing two prints and styled the checkered piece with an animal print longsleeve.

Even though I mixed two different prints, I stayed in one color palette. You can find many green tones in this outfit - I even opted for a green bag. If that's too much green for you, you could also wear a black bag, of course.

To finalize the outfit, I put on a pair of black pants, black boots as well as a pair of sunglasses. How do you like this outfit? - *Ad, brands named - I was wearing: Samsoe Samsoe coat // Rabens Saloner Longsleeve // Lala Berlin Pants // AGL Boots // Vintage Fendi Bag // Bottega Veneta Sunglasses
