new, but old: my studded boots

Back to black and grey with today’s new outfit post. Looks like the outfits got darker from day to day this week. x) Light blue jeans on Wednesday, dark blue jeans on Thursday and dark grey jeans today. Which colour do you prefer? I usually choose black jeans because they work with everything, but sometimes I need a little colour. Anyways, today’s outfit is everything but colourful, but I hope you’ll like it.

Do you remember these Studded Boots?

Do you remember these studded boots from Buffalo? I got them almost two years ago. They were my favourites for a few months until one of the heels got broken. I always wanted to get them fixed; it took me 1 1/2 years. As the saying goes: Rome wasn’t built in a day. 😉

I’m more than happy I finally made it and got them repaired. I still like them a lot and can’t wait to wear them during autumn and winter. Here’s the first outfit with my new, but old studded boots. I opted for a simple and comfortable outfit – as always when I’m spending most of the day at the office – and combined my repaired boots with dark grey jeans, a grey shirt with embroidery, my vintage blazer as well as a grey scarf and hat. This kind of outfit is my first choice when I don’t really know what to wear. And believe me, I have a lot of those mornings. Sometimes I have a lot of outfit ideas in mind, but the weather doesn’t play along or I’m not in the mood for these looks when I wake up in the morning. I’m sure you all know what I’m talking about. 🙂 What outfit do you choose when you don’t know what to wear? What works best for you? I’m curious. xx
